Meet Our Awarded Villas
In Greek mythology, Mount Pelion (which took its name from the mythical king Peleus, father of Achilles) was the homeland of Chiron the Centaur, tutor of many ancient Greek heroes, such as Jason, Achilles, Theseus and Heracles. It is here, at the picturesque village of Kato Gatzea that our two luxury seaside villas are located.

We stayed for a week in the Villa facing the sea. The Villa is absolutly beautiful, so much attention given to every detail. The host Argy is extremely hospitable, waited for us patiently to arrive late at night. A basket of local “goodies” welcomed us inside. The location for us was very convenient – walking distance to restaurants and to the beach

Pelion Rediscovered
The Thessalian Mountain of Pelion is located between the Aegean Sea and Pagasitikos Bay. The dense vegetation with the endless sea as a background set up a mythical scenery, famous since the ancient times. At this location ‘Titanomachy’ took place and in Pelion’s forests Centaurs used to live, most popular of whom being Chironas. Some of his students were Hercules, Achilleas, Jason and Asclepius. Using wood from Pelion’s forests, the Argonauts constructed the boat of Argo which was dedicated to Poseidon and set off to discover unknown countries spreading Hellenism there. Today Pelion consists of 24 villages. Some of them are surrounded by dense vegetation while others embrace the Aegean Sea. Full of history, natural beauty and people living detached from the hassle and bustle of the big cities. The wonderful Pelion is waiting for you to discover it.
